Code and Theory is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to run the operating engine behind Project Ignite, our embedded-team partnership with Adobe. You will own the program across the Engagement Management team, serving as the main client liaison and internal leadership representative while guiding staffing, performance, and renewals.

This role emphasizes governance, playbooks, and KPI tracking to ensure enterprise adoption of AI tools and successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

Background in program delivery management or consulting environments.
Experience managing portfolios of engagements without direct line ownership.
Proven ability to run recurring readouts with senior executives.
Strong communication across Engagement Managers, client leadership, and internal executives.
Ability to build cohesion and trust without formal authority.
Evidence-based habit of creating and maintaining trackers and playbooks.

Responsibilities

Set internal operating rhythm including weekly team syncs and leadership huddles.
Deliver executive readouts and regular written updates with progress tracking.
Serve as client program lead while Engagement Managers own accounts.
Adapt engagement model as client organization evolves.
Intervene with clients when requests are unreasonable to protect the team.
Negotiate and close renewals, headcount, and fee structures with Legal/Finance.
Track KPIs against targets and course-correct forecasts.
Partner with recruiting to shape hiring strategy and decisions.
