Job summary

The BuildClub is seeking an experienced AI Integration Lead to own end-to-end client deployments, from discovery to handoff to operators. You will be the senior face of BuildClub in client engagements, working with mid-market and PE-backed operators where AI lands in real workflows from day one.

You will run discovery, define deployment plans, and own the integration roadmap for 1–3 engagements at a time, pairing with designers and engineers to ship working systems and hand off a practical

Qualifications

• Eight+ years operating inside or alongside mid-market businesses.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and AI tools in production.
• Proven portfolio of deployed projects, not just slides.
• Strong judgment on which problems to automate.
• Preference for working with operators over executives.

Responsibilities

• Run client discovery and translate operator pain into a deployment plan.
• Own the AI integration roadmap for 1–3 engagements at a time.
• Collaborate with workflow designers and engineers to ship working systems.
• Write the playbook the client will use after handoff.
• Know when to push back on requests that won't move the business.
