Job summary

Kahana Feld LLP is seeking a Senior Manager of Innovation & Emerging Technologies to lead AI, analytics, and emerging tech initiatives. You will translate legal needs into practical, secure solutions, lead a team, and drive adoption across practice groups and departments.

You will evaluate tools, develop use cases, test solutions, train users, and produce actionable insights while aligning with firm policies and client confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years in a law firm or leading consulting firm with hands‑on AI solutions experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team with delivery delivery.
• Practical experience with generative AI and large language models; familiarity with professional services tech.
• Experience delivering dashboards, BI reporting, and data quality understanding.

Responsibilities

• Establish a roadmap for AI adoption, emerging tech, and analytics.
• Mentor and develop team; set goals and delivery schedules.
• Serve as the primary SME for AI tools and oversee delivery.
• Translate workflows into clear use cases and requirements.
• Coordinate security, reviews, and integration with tech teams.
• Design and refine prompts and no/low-code automations.
• Develop role-based training and adoption programs.
• Promote tools and best practices across the firm.
• Explain findings in concrete, actionable terms.
