KAHANA & FELD LLP seeks an Innovation & Emerging Technologies Manager to lead the firm's AI, emerging technology, and data analytics initiatives. You will translate legal and business needs into practical, secure, and well-supported solutions.

You will guide a dedicated team to evaluate tools, develop use cases, test solutions, deliver training, support users, and produce actionable insights across practice groups and admin departments to improve how attorneys and staff use technology and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or related field.
• 5+ years leading technology innovation or AI initiatives in a professional services setting.
• Experience delivering training and governance for AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Establish a practical roadmap for AI adoption, emerging tech, and analytics with senior stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, balancing priorities and delivery schedules.
• Serve as primary resource for AI tools, providing hands-on guidance and coaching.
• Translate workflows into clear use cases and requirements with practice groups and attorneys.
• Evaluate products for fit, usability, cost, and security with stakeholder reviews.
• Develop training programs and adoption plans aligned with firm priorities and user needs.
• Produce accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses from firm data for decisions.
