You will translate legal and business needs into practical solutions, mentor a team, and work with practice groups to drive adoption and governance of tools.

Hybrid/remote role in the US, focusing on practical, secure deployments, training, and reporting to support attorneys and staff in leveraging data and AI responsibly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI adoption in a law firm or professional services.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience with data governance, security, and privacy reviews.
• Strong training and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to establish a practical AI adoption roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members with clear goals and delivery schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for approved AI tools and provide hands-on guidance.
• Translate workflows into clear use cases and requirements for tech teams.
• Evaluate products for business fit, usability, cost, and security impact.
• Monitor AI developments and coordinate deployments with IT and vendors.
• Design prompts, libraries, and low-code automations for approved use cases.
• Build and deliver role-based training and adoption programs.
