Job summary

Kahana Feld LLP is seeking an Innovation & Emerging Technologies Manager to lead AI initiatives, analytics, and emerging tech across the firm. You will mentor a team, translate legal workflows into use cases, and ensure secure, compliant implementation of tools across practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, develop training, and drive adoption of innovative solutions while balancing reporting needs with new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years leading technology innovation or AI enablement in professional services.
• Experience guiding adoption of AI tools with governance considerations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of legal workflows and data protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a practical roadmap for AI adoption, emerging tech, and analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team, balancing priorities and delivery schedules.
• Serve as primary SME for approved AI tools and guide delivery.
• Translate workflows into concrete use cases and requirements across practice groups.
• Coordinate security, confidentiality, and integration reviews with technical teams.
• Develop training programs and promote best practices for adoption.
