Job summary

Kahana Feld seeks an Innovation & Emerging Technologies Manager to lead AI, analytics, and emerging tech initiatives across the firm. You will translate legal and business needs into practical, secure solutions while guiding a team from evaluation to deployment.

You will partner with stakeholders to define use cases, develop training, monitor adoption, and deliver insights through reports and dashboards using firm data. Hybrid/remote work supports flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technology innovation, AI enablement, legal tech, data analytics, or BI, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team with priority setting and delivery involvement.
• Practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, MS 365 tools, and professional services tech.
• Experience delivering reports, dashboards, and analytics with BI concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of legal workflows, confidentiality, data protection, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish a roadmap for AI adoption, emerging technology, and analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members with clear goals and delivery schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for approved AI and emerging technology tools.
• Translate workflows into clear use cases and requirements.
• Evaluate products for fit, usability, cost, and security.
• Develop reports and dashboards using firm data for decisions.
