The Cigna Group is seeking an attorney to join its Privacy & Innovation Governance team within Legal & Corporate Affairs. This role focuses on monitoring evolving AI laws and regulations, providing legal counsel on AI use cases, and negotiating AI-related contractual terms.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance, support IP matters related to AI, and help build scalable processes for AI governance and enterprise initiatives.

Formación

• JD required and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities to interpret evolving AI laws.
• Experience with technology, privacy, data, and commercial contracting in AI.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into practical processes and guidance.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating technology, software, data, cloud, or vendor agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative cross-functional work.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze emerging federal, state, and international AI laws and guidance.
• Assess new AI regulatory requirements and advise on operational impact.
• Maintain inventories and guidance to support AI compliance efforts.
• Review, draft, and negotiate AI and IP provisions in tech contracts and licenses.
• Support IP counsel on enterprise AI initiatives and IP risk management.
• Develop and improve AI use-case review processes, intake, and workflows.
