Considine Search is seeking a Legal AI Platform & Governance Attorney to oversee governance, adoption, and vendor management of the firm’s AI technology portfolio. The role involves collaborating with legal innovation, IT, and leadership to drive evaluations, deployments, and training, ensuring compliance and measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in a jurisdiction where the firm maintains an office; New York admission preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with a background in law, computer science, information systems, or related discipline.

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for the firm's legal AI technology vendors, overseeing communications, performance, and service delivery.
• Monitor vendor roadmaps, licensing, contractual obligations, renewal schedules, and usage rights.
• Collaborate with internal technology and innovation teams to evaluate platform capabilities and enhancements.
• Participate in vendor contract negotiations and renewals to align terms with operational requirements and risk.
• Coordinate resolution of vendor-related issues, service interruptions, and product concerns.
• Partner with security professionals to assess AI platforms for compliance with information security and data governance.
