Job summary

Evolent is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead the day-to-day execution and rollout of multiple AI-enabled workflows across the enterprise. The role reports to the Director, Strategic Initiatives and focuses on disciplined delivery from pilot to production with training, controls, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled implementations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present status, risks, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of AI-enabled workflow implementations and manage project plans, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to operationalize AI agents and human-AI operating models with a sequenced rollout plan and stage gates.
• Drive change management strategy and end-user adoption activities, including SOPs, training, and communications.
• Define and track AI agent implementation performance, adoption, and business outcomes; provide leadership reports.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions; escalate and mitigate as needed to stay on track.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability across stakeholders for actions and deliverables.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and the business to ensure governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous process improvements.
