Job summary

CodeNinja is seeking an SDR to start commercial conversations about AI with enterprises that can run on their own terms. You will help build the Dallas pipeline for the CodeNinja Atoms commercial team, working closely with AEs and leadership to create qualified opportunities.

The role is full-time and onsite in Dallas, Monday-Friday. You will research accounts, craft outreach, qualify use cases and hand off opportunities to AEs with precise CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Around one year of sales development or comparable prospect-facing experience.
• Clear writing, a conversational phone manner, and persistence that respects the prospect.
• Examples of outreach, meetings, or opportunities you personally generated.
• Curiosity about AI and the ability to learn technical concepts without pretending to know every answer.
• Availability to work onsite in Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts, buying triggers, and relevant stakeholders (IT, data, security).
• Write outreach messages and make calls linking customer problems to credible reasons to talk.
• Qualify use case, business need, stakeholders, and timing; book meetings with clear purpose.
• Give AEs concise handoffs and keep CRM records accurate.
• Follow up on inbound interest, events, and referrals.
• Test messaging, learn from objections, and share what works.
