Job summary

CEI America in Dallas seeks an experienced AI Solutions Sales Executive to own enterprise relationships from the ground up. You will build a self-sourced pipeline, selling AI transformation engagements to C-suite and senior IT leaders. The role requires a strong network in Dallas and the ability to drive Build/Test/Operate discussions with buyers.

This is a hybrid, full-time position with base compensation commensurate with experience plus commission. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level AI solutions or digital transformation sales experience.
• Ability to build and own an enterprise pipeline from ground up.
• Strong relationships with C-suite and senior IT leadership in the Dallas market.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a self-sourced enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Sell AI transformation engagements and technology consulting solutions to C-suite leaders.
• Navigate Build/Test/Operate discussions and modernization conversations with technical buyers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach through close.
• Partner with internal AI engineering and delivery teams.
