Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs in Central Product Operations. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows and partner with engineering and product teams to deliver next-generation AI hardware. As a TPM, you will bridge AI strategy with hardware development and supply chain execution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with NPI, hardware product operations and product development lifecycles.
• Experience in supply planning, forecasting, and hardware manufacturing operations including BOM and assembly/test processes.

Responsibilities

• Scope and lead top-level OKRs in ambiguous environments with clear roadmaps across multiple teams.
• Identify friction in end-to-end supply chain and design scalable AI-assisted workflows.
• Build partnerships across teams to remove barriers and drive decisions.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster an AI-First problem-solving culture.
• Advocate for AI-driven tools to automate processes and accelerate execution.
