Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Engineering) to lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across hardware, software, and research. You will partner with engineering and research teams to align roadmaps and drive initiatives from inception to delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of program management experience leading large cross-functional initiatives.
Strong technical acumen; experience as an engineer or with applied-ML teams is a plus.
Experience coordinating programs spanning hardware and software.
AI-forward program management practices.
Thrives in high-growth or startup environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of technical programs spanning hardware, software, and research.
Define workstreams, milestones, and coordinate execution across teams.
Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, research, product, and operations to ensure alignment.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and interdependencies.
Delve deep into technical topics to address risks early.
Build lightweight processes and tooling to scale teams.
