Job summary

H Company is seeking an Implementation Strategist in the United States to bridge customers and engineering teams. You will identify high-impact automation opportunities and guide deployments across AI platforms, collaborating with forward-deployed engineers to ensure successful integration and adoption.

You will lead trainings, demonstrate outcomes to strategic audiences, and shape product feedback into the platform vision. Expect travel up to 50% and exposure to diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling and implementing complex IT solutions to customers.
• A double curriculum in Business and Engineering school would be ideal.
• Technical experience working with AI/ML systems would be appreciated.
• Fluency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Node.js, Java) in addition to English.

Responsibilities

• Dig into the data to understand and identify customer’s most important and impactful multi-step task to automate.
• Be the Go To person for the customer.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineer to Seamlessly integrate our solutions.
• Coordinate trainings to ensure our solution best usage.
• Build and deliver demos and present results to strategic audience.
