Job summary

Spectrum Search, in partnership with an AI technology leader, is seeking an AI Implementation Lead to drive customer deployments from discovery to live use in New York City. This hands-on leader will own complex engagements, balance strategic judgment with operational detail, and influence product development through deployment learnings.

You will develop repeatable delivery methods, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and guide senior stakeholders to realise value from new AI software

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, client-facing AI deployments.
• Ability translate business priorities into actionable deployment plans.
• Capability to develop repeatable delivery playbooks for growing deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagements from discovery through adoption.
• Lead enterprise deployments, coordinating stakeholders and internal teams.
• Translate customer workflows and business objectives into implementation requirements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to inform deployment needs.
• Build alignment with senior stakeholders and manage delivery risks.
• Develop repeatable engagement playbooks and delivery processes.
• Help customers embed new technology and realise its value.
