Qualifications

• 5+ years as a special education teacher or IEP coordinator.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides for IEP workflows.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across goal writing, present levels, 504 plans, and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to improve templates and deliverables for professional documents.
