Job summary

Charta Health, based in San Francisco, seeks a Technical Program Manager to own the operating system for our engineering organization. You will shape cadences, tooling, and delivery governance, coordinate cross-functional roadmaps, and drive the launch of new AI capabilities across the platform.

You will support multiple concurrent customer implementations, maintain delivery health, and translate complex technical and clinical status into clear updates for leadership and engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical program management or engineering operations in high-growth tech environments.
• You have deep experience working with software engineers and navigating APIs, development workflows, data pipelines, and AI/ML-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the operating system for the engineering org — cadences, tooling, and sources of truth.
• Define and drive the execution framework for technical roadmaps and empower decentralized decisions.
• Coordinate the launch of new AI capabilities across the platform from discovery to deployment.
• Support customer implementations across multiple accounts and track delivery health across pods.
• Help stand up cross-functional programs for delivery health, evaluation, onboarding, and quality.
• Translate complex technical and clinical status into actionable updates for leadership and contributors.
