Job summary

Charta Health is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead end-to-end customer engagements, from discovery to successful deployment of generative AI healthcare solutions. You will bridge customers, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring implementations deliver real value and measurable ROI.

You will guide pre-sales feasibility, architecture scoping, onboarding, and collaboration with Engineering to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in consulting, product, or solutions engineering.
• Ability to own long-term relationships and tackle ambiguous problems.
• Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical fluency (APIs, data workflows) paired with structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and optimize Enterprise AI solutions in collaboration with customers.
• Lead technical discovery during sales, guiding feasibility conversations, scoping integrations, and setting realistic expectations.
• Understand workflows, map integrations to clinical and operational needs, and deliver high ROI for each customer.
• Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product teams to implement new features for customer success.
