Job summary

Charta Health, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager in San Francisco to own the roadmap for core business units and manage initiatives from inception to launch. You will gather strategic customer feedback and define pricing models while guiding the product and engineering teams.

You will shape scalable, self-serve offerings across verticals, driving alignment with GTM strategy and ensuring rapid delivery of high-impact features in a fast-paced healthcare tech startup.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product management, forward deployed engineering, or a hybrid customer-facing technical role
• Proven ability to translate customer complexity into modular, scalable product solutions
• Experience building products with GTM alignment (pricing, packaging, strategy)
• Strong technical fluency for collaboration with engineers on system tradeoffs
• Excellent communication and storytelling to align stakeholders across functions
• Bias for action and ownership; thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity through structured thinking
