Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategy and Operations Lead for North America based in or near major NA hubs. You will drive the go-to-market rhythm, align cross-functional teams, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to scale AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, forecast accuracy, and executive storytelling to accelerate growth across the NA region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in data analysis and storytelling through data to drive executive conversations.

Responsibilities

Manage the North American AI Tech GTM rhythm of business, including business reviews, resource allocation, workload reviews, and forecast calls.
Operationalize the AI Tech GTM team in North America by standing up key systems, R&R maps, processes, and tools.
Orchestrate end-to-end qualification, technical review, and executive prioritization of all incoming customer Engagement Requests across North America.
Drive continuous operational inspection of active customer engagements to mitigate delivery blockers and harvest repeatable architectural wins.
Partner with regional AI Sales Specialists, FDE, AI CE, and finance to feed inputs into global forecast/review cycles and plan territory design.
