• Drive revenue growth across a broad portfolio of offerings, including AI transformation, data, cloud, digital, and managed services.
• Develop executive-level business cases, proposals, and presentations that articulate measurable business value.
• Maintain awareness of banking industry trends, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging client priorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure successful client outcomes and long-term account expansion.

Senior Director, AI GTM (Banking and Financial Services)

NTT DATA is seeking a senior growth leader to drive client expansion and business development across the Banking and Financial Services sectors. This individual will be responsible for developing executive-level relationships, identifying strategic transformation opportunities, and growing a portfolio of services across technology, data, cloud, consulting, and managed services.

The ideal candidate brings deep banking industry expertise, an established network of senior client relationships, and a proven track record of leading complex, multi-million-dollar AI specific pursuits from strategy through closure. This role requires a consultative executive who can engage both business and technology stakeholders, shape client agendas, and position NTT DATA as a trusted strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• 2+ years experience with originating, shaping, and closing complex, large-scale AI transformation opportunities.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $201,015.00-$372,250.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
