The role requires deep industry experience, fluent German and English, and a track record of leading AI or digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting or professional services with leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading AI, data or digital transformation, incl. 2+ years GenAI.
• 5+ years in Insurance industry delivering or leading solutions.
• 2+ years in presales activities with sales or delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for the DACH Insurance vertical.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships across strategic DACH accounts.
• Lead executive presales efforts and proposal positioning.
• Incubate new offerings and partnerships with OpenAI and hyperscalers.
