Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Product Lead to define and drive Rippling’s AI and growth motions across the full customer lifecycle. You will set a data-informed strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and scale AI-powered experiences that drive activation, engagement, and monetization.

The role requires deep product taste, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or product-led growth.
• Track record of driving growth across activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, expansion, or monetization.
• Strong experience with experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Deep interest in AI products and AI usage patterns.
• Exceptional product sense and user-centered design.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship campaigns and experiments.
• PLG/self-serve or hybrid B2B/B2C experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Rippling’s AI growth strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
• Build foundation for tracking and improving AI usage on the platform.
• Identify high-impact AI growth opportunities using customer insight and data.
• Design and launch hands-on growth initiatives and self-serve experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to scale AI growth.
• Translate priorities into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Balance strategy with day-to-day execution to deliver scalable product experiences.
• Help shape Growth team’s operating rhythms and best practices.
