Rippling is seeking a Product Lead to define and drive AI growth strategies across the full customer lifecycle, spanning acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, and retention. Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or product-led growth experience at senior levels.
• Proven track record driving growth across activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, expansion, or self-serve adoption.
• Strong fluency in experimentation, analytics, and data-informed decision-making.
• Deep interest in AI products, AI usage patterns, and growth loops.
• Exceptional product taste and customer intuition for business users, not only technical audiences.
• Ability to operate across strategy and execution, shipping campaigns and experiments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership.
• Experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments demanding speed and ownership.
• PLG experience in B2B SaaS, self-serve, prosumer, or hybrid models.
• Experience building or scaling AI adoption, usage, or monetization motions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Rippling’s AI growth strategy across the full lifecycle, including activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and monetization.
• Build the foundation for tracking, understanding, and improving AI usage across the platform.
• Identify high-impact AI growth opportunities using customer insight, product intuition, experimentation, and usage data.
• Design and launch hands-on growth initiatives—campaigns, in-product experiences, onboarding flows—that drive AI adoption.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to scale AI motions across teams.
• Translate priorities into a clear roadmap, defensible strategy, and measurable outcomes.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on shipping of campaigns and experiments.
• Help bootstrap Growth’s approach to AI with operating rhythms and scalable practices.
