Job summary

Rippling is seeking a senior product leader to own the AI platform layer powering Rippling AI. You will define the frameworks, orchestration, and economics that let product teams ship autonomous back‑office capabilities at scale.

Collaborate with 10+ product teams to establish shared AI design patterns, reduce adoption friction, and grow AI usage across Rippling’s product suite. Ownership, bias for action, and customer impact are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with AI/LLM products.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or conversational products at scale.
• Strong UX and design judgement in end-to-end flows.
• Proven ability to collaborate with many product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI experiences roadmap for customer-facing surfaces.
• Define patterns to ship consistent AI experiences across teams.
• Collaborate with embedded AI growth to boost discovery across Rippling products.
• Define UX for human-in-the-loop and agent configuration.
