Job summary

Rippling is seeking a senior product leader to own the AI Platform that powers Rippling AI. You’ll guide the frameworks, orchestration, and economic model enabling autonomous back-office workflows across Rippling products.

You’ll collaborate with 10+ product teams, shape UX for human-AI collaboration, and drive adoption of platform tooling. This role blends strategic roadmapping with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including 2+ years shipping LLM-powered or conversational AI products to production, at scale.
• Exceptional design judgement and obsession with end-to-end flows.
• Strong opinions on cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs in AI systems.
• Customer-facing B2B SaaS experience and enterprise buyer understanding.
• Track record of building platform-level tooling adopted by other teams.
• Bias toward action and full ownership of your product's success with beta customers and prototypes.
• Strong alignment with Rippling leadership principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Platform roadmap related to the most customer-facing surfaces.
• Partner with 10+ product teams to ship consistent AI experiences and develop standard patterns.
• Work with the embedded AI growth team to grow AI discovery and usage.
• Define the user experience for human-AI collaboration, handoffs, auditability, and agent configuration.
