You will work independently in a remote setting, collaborating with CRO and founders to drive profitable growth in a health-tech client network.

The role demands hands-on execution, strong analytical chops, and the ability to implement end-to-end growth systems without heavy developer support.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on media buying across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in D2C, health-tech, or regulated advertising environments.
• Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing efforts.
• Scale campaigns while monitoring CAC and ROAS and adjust budgets.
