Job summary

Cinder, based in NYC, seeks a growth marketing leader to build and scale demand for its AI safety infrastructure. You will own pipeline, develop positioning for a generative AI buyer, and work with Founding Marketer and Sales to shape website and sales messaging.

You will run campaigns, nurture content from blogs to case studies, measure performance, and partner with sales on lead scoring and handoff. This role requires 4+ years in AI/B2B demand gen and a hands-on, owner mentality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing or B2B demand generation, and you built from zero: the first marketing or demand gen hire somewhere.
• Experience marketing an AI product to companies building with AI and fluency in models/agents behavior.
• Comfortable in a CRM and marketing automation stack and able to build your own reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build marketing-sourced pipeline with Head of Sales and define channel mix and strategy.
• Turn positioning on AI red teaming, agentic moderation, and content integrity into a story for generative AI buyers; align with website and sales.
• Improve demand-gen performance of customer case studies, stories, and assets.
• Turn content and thought leadership into a growth channel with a clear cadence, distribution, and original research.
• Support events strategy and decide which events to attend or sponsor.
• Spot relevant industry moments and build timely campaigns around them.
• Own campaign measurement and attribution, and report where pipeline comes from.
• Partner with sales on lead scoring, handoff, and follow-up.
