Expect to own strategy, channels, and measurement in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in growth marketing or B2B demand generation, a track record of owning pipeline numbers, and comfort with a CRM/marketing automation stack.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing or B2B demand generation.
• Built from zero: first marketing or demand gen hire with no existing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build marketing-sourced pipeline, set targets with Head of Sales.
• Turn AI/Content positioning into a compelling story for a gen AI buyer.
• Improve demand-gen assets: case studies, videos, decks.
• Lead measurement: attribution, lead scoring, inbound reporting.
