Cinder is seeking an experienced product leader to own multiple related products end to end, from framing the problem through launch and adoption. You will run discovery with customers and internal teams to translate learnings into a scalable product direction, shaping the roadmap and writing clear requirements for Design and Engineering.

You will partner closely with the Head of Product to drive outcomes in a fast-moving, AI-native safety platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, including senior ownership of complex products end to end.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS with deep workflows and multiple personas.
• Strong customer discovery skills and ability to translate learnings into scalable direction.
• Excellent prioritization, tradeoff reasoning, and clear decision making.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, data, AI behavior with engineers.
• Excellent writing and communication to align stakeholders.
• Track record of shipping in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to anticipate edge cases and ripple effects.
• High ownership, low ego, and constructive disagreement when needed.
• Experience aligning design, engineering, executives, GTM and customer-facing teams.
