Cinder Technologies in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own multiple AI-enabled product surfaces from problem framing through launch and adoption. You’ll work with customers, prospects, and cross-functional teams to translate insights into scalable product direction and measurable outcomes.

You will report to the Head of Product and help shape a growing platform with a strong emphasis on clarity, speed, and impact for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, including time in Senior or Staff roles owning complex products end to end.
• Experience building B2B or enterprise SaaS with real depth: complex workflows and multiple personas.
• Strong customer discovery skills to translate needs into scalable product direction.
• Excellent prioritization and ability to trade off bets between strategy, quality, and delivery.
• Technical fluency: reason about systems, data, APIs, AI behavior with engineers.
• Excellent writing and communication: concise requirements and decisions across stakeholders.
• Track record of shipping in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with clarity.
• Strong systems thinking and ownership, aligning cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Owning multiple related products end to end from problem framing through launch and adoption.
• Running discovery with customers and prospects to drive product direction across the base.
• Shaping the roadmap and making calls about AI agents and platform investments and priorities.
• Writing requirements and decision documents for Design and Engineering to move fast with confidence.
• Partnering with Design and Engineering through delivery, resolving ambiguity and owning final sign-off.
• Communicating clearly across the company about what's being shipped and the intended customer outcomes.
