Job summary

Shift Engineering, a Charlottesville-based startup, seeks a hands-on growth marketer to own demand gen, field marketing, and content for Greenlight, our AI-powered platform. You will partner with the CMO and founder to shape campaigns that define a new category and generate strong pipeline.

You'll drive paid media, events, content, and sponsorships, building assets such as case studies and how-to guides. This is an opportunity to impact strategy in a fast-growing, hands-on team.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of hands-on B2B marketing in software/tech.
• Experience owning campaigns from idea to measurable pipeline.
• Strong ability to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling for AI/tech audiences.
• Proficient with LinkedIn ads and SEO/conversion optimization.
• Hands-on with Canva, Figma, Descript for content/videos.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand generation, field marketing, and content initiatives.
• Own campaigns from concept to pipeline, with measurable results.
• Plan and execute paid media, sponsorships, and events.
• Develop case studies, articles, and sales assets.
• Collaborate with CMO and founder to shape strategy and tooling.
