Job summary

Genius AI is seeking a Growth Lead to own the strategy behind autonomous outbound engines and to lead a scaling growth team. You will design systems that scale personalization, surface intent signals, and connect campaign performance with strategic direction.

You will report to the Chief Business Officer and work in-person at our NYC headquarters 3–4 days a week, with a focus on high-growth demand generation, segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand gen or growth at a high-growth tech company.
• 2+ years managing and developing a team with tangible outcomes.
• Experience owning budget or investments for a growth function.

Responsibilities

• Own the autonomous outbound engine across segments, including selection, messaging, channel mix, and metrics.
• Lead, coach, and grow the existing team, including hiring decisions and performance standards.
• Own the budget and channel investment decisions, defending tradeoffs with data.
