Coframe, based in the United States, is seeking an Experimentation and Growth Engineer to own the experimentation roadmap for enterprise customers. You’ll identify high‑impact tests, prioritize hypotheses, and drive a rapid testing cadence using the Mark‑1 platform.

You’ll turn data, UX insights, and psychology into test ideas, measure ROI, and help codify best practices for scaling AI‑driven CRO across our growing customer base. Equity is part of the offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth, or Experimentation experience.
• You can look at a page and immediately identify five things to test, thinking in terms of friction, motivation, and user psychology.
• Data‑driven with fluency in experimentation metrics (statistical significance, sample sizes, lift).
• Strong communicator capable of presenting findings to senior stakeholders and building trust as a partner.

• Own the Experimentation Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive A/B testing strategies for enterprise customers.
• Generate Winning Hypotheses: Create test ideas based on data analysis, UX insights and conversion principles.
• Leverage AI‑Powered Tooling: Use Mark‑1 to create and deploy test variants rapidly.
• Deliver Measurable ROI: Analyze results, synthesize learnings, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Build the Practice: Codify frameworks and playbooks for scaling AI‑driven CRO across customers.
