Job summary

Coframe is seeking a data-driven Growth Analytics professional to work directly with customers and internal teams on analytics requests and optimization initiatives. You’ll design ad-hoc reports, align metrics across systems, and automate recurring analyses to speed insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rapid experimentation, and transforming one-off data asks into scalable processes for SaaS clients.

At Coframe, we are building the world’s first AI Growth Engineer. We envision a future where user interfaces aren’t static code, but living organisms that adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves in real time. We’re looking for analysts who have worked on growth, experimentation, or conversion optimization teams. Experience working as a contractor or consultant across multiple clients is a major plus. You’ll work directly with customers and provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and insights for both internal teams and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond directly to customer data and analytics requests
• Build ad-hoc reports and answer business questions quickly
• Align metrics across multiple analytics systems
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
• Build tools and automate recurring requests
• Help turn one-off requests into internal products and processes

You May Be a Fit If:

• Strong skills building queries, reports, and dashboards in complex data environments
• Clear communication with non-technical teams internally and on the client side
• Clear communication with data and technical teams on both sides
• Ability to move fast while staying careful and accurate in conclusionsStrong adoption of AI tools, with good judgment about their strengths and limits
• Good prioritization skills across many incoming requests

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, or similar experimentation platforms.
• Experienced with GA4, Segment, Amplitude, or Heap and understand how data flows from browser event to dashboard.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
• Exposure to Shopify or SaaS product environments.
• You manage competing priorities across multiple client engagements without losing quality.
• Excited about AI-powered experimentation and autonomous agents.

Compensation

Base: $100,000 – $170,000

Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise.
