Qualifications

• World-class growth engineering experience.
• Demonstrated focus on driving business outcomes and intuition for experiments.
• Ability to architect robust, maintainable codebases.
• Able to ship fast while balancing quality and speed.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with LLMs is a plus.
• Early-stage startup/founder experience is a plus.
