Job summary

SharkNinja's Commercial Planning team is seeking a Demand Lead who will synthesize demand signals across channels into a coherent outlook and use AI-enabled workflows to surface insights and drive decisions. This role sits at the crossroads of data, commercial strategy, and cross-functional execution.

You will partner with Sales, Supply Planning, Finance, and Product Development to ensure accurate forecasts, manage what-if scenarios, and evolve planning processes with AI-driven analytics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in a professional or project context — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent.
• Ability to prompt effectively and evaluate AI outputs.
• Comfort with BI and data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, SQL).
• Strong ability to translate raw data into a clear point of view for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Forecast & Demand Intelligence: synthesize demand signals into a pressure-tested outlook.
