Dentsu New York is seeking an AI Governance Analyst to research and document AI tool adoption, build risk profiles, and package complete submission-ready materials for cross-functional review. You will ensure data privacy, security, and policy alignment across Legal, Security, Privacy, and Procurement teams.

Working with the AI Governance Service Lead, you will own the research, documentation, and submission process, coordinating across governance functions to drive informed decisions and timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology governance, risk analysis, compliance, vendor management, or research in a large org.
• Strong written communication; synthesize complex info into clear docs for multiple audiences.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, generative AI, data privacy, model transparency, third-party risk.

Responsabilités

• Conduct structured research on AI tools, platforms, and vendors; assess capabilities, deployment, data handling, integration.
• Build risk profiles across governance categories: privacy, security, transparency, terms, regulatory exposure, reputational risk.
• Gather evidence: security certs, privacy policies, DPAs, attestations, contracts, architecture docs.
• Document business case for each request; frame submissions for Legal, Security, Privacy, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Create and own submission forms and documentation; submit via AIRS and TPSA; ensure accuracy before review by Service Lead.
• Validate alignment with AI, security, and data protection policies; flag gaps early.
• Maintain progress updates in AI Concierge Tracker; collaborate with Governance Engineer on follow-ups.
• Contribute to methodology improvements; surface gaps and suggest policy updates; stay engaged with governance communities.
