Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an AI Governance Engineer in New York to spearhead the end-to-end governance of AI product adoption. You will own intake, project-manage reviews across Legal, Security, Data Privacy, and Procurement, and coordinate onboarding with Cloud, Okta, and ServiceNow.

You will communicate risk and drive engagements to successful completion. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong program management, and deep understanding of AI governance frameworks to ensure safe,

Qualifications

5+ years in IT governance or program management.
Ability to navigate cross-functional reviews with Legal, Security, Data Privacy.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts for governance discussions.
Technical fluency to coordinate onboarding across cloud, SSO/identity, and ITSM.

Responsibilities

Receive and review each submission package, understanding business case, risk, and policy rationale.
Project-manage submissions through the full review lifecycle (AIRS and TPSA).
Set and communicate review schedules; maintain active project timelines.
Update program tracker with progress to keep leadership informed.
Coordinate with Analysts and reviewers to gather missing information quickly.
Own the implementation once approved and ensure proper onboarding and documentation.
Develop patterns and playbooks to improve efficiency and share with teams.
