Job summary

Hw3 Llc in California is seeking an experienced risk professional to support the development and oversight of its AI governance and risk management framework. Qualifications

• Strong background in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, or Independent Testing within financial services.
• Experience developing, implementing, or evaluating risk and control frameworks, including RCSAs and control testing.
• Understanding of AI governance, emerging technology risks, and evolving regulatory expectations.
• Experience assessing control design and effectiveness, identifying gaps, and supporting remediation efforts.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
