Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or independent testing within financial services.
• Experience developing or evaluating risk and control frameworks, including RCSAs and control testing.
• Understanding of AI governance and evolving regulatory expectations.
• Experience assessing control design and effectiveness, identifying gaps, and supporting remediation efforts.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of governance frameworks, policies, and controls around AI and emerging technologies.
• Assess risks related to AI adoption (regulatory, operational, compliance, tech).
• Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and ongoing monitoring of AI-related processes.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and business functions to strengthen oversight of AI activities.
• Identify control gaps, propose improvements, and assist reporting to senior management on AI governance initiatives.
