Adyen, a leading fintech, seeks a Senior AI Governance Counsel to join the Global DPO Office in New York. You will translate global AI and privacy requirements into pragmatic policies and partner with risk, security, product, compliance, legal, and engineering.

This builder role focuses on generative and agentic AI, integrating governance across the lifecycle, with clear risk tiers and easy paths for teams, while ensuring responsible AI adoption at scale.

Formación

• 7+ years in governance/privacy or equivalent with global programs.
• Qualified lawyer or governance professional with AI governance experience.
• Experience in payments, financial services, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and embed Adyen's enterprise AI governance framework and standards.
• Design AI risk and impact assessments across the lifecycle.
• Translate EU AI Act, NIST RMF, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA into policies.
• Define governance for AI inventories and tool classifications.
• Develop guidance for evaluating AI systems on fairness and explainability.
• Create risk-tiered processes making responsible AI easy for fast-moving teams.
• Translate model-evaluation techniques into practical procedures.
• Collaborate with Risk, Security, Product, Compliance, Legal, Engineering.
• Advise on privacy across AI lifecycle with the DPO Office.
• Deliver AI governance training and promote AI literacy.
• Monitor global AI/privacy developments and respond to audits.
