Job summary

Dodge & Cox is seeking an AI Governance Program Manager to organize and move the firm\'s cross-functional AI governance work. You will coordinate Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security contributors, track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies, and document decisions to support timely, well-informed choices.

You will manage policy-to-deployment reviews for new AI tools and updates to governance frameworks, contribute to the AI Steering Group, and maintain clear program

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management with governance or risk initiatives.
• Experience designing, implementing, or maturing governance processes, operating models, or control frameworks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, and/or information security.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to distill large amounts of information.
• High emotional intelligence with ability to build trust and influence.

Responsibilities

• Manage governance workstreams end-to-end across policy and risk initiatives.
• Coordinate governance reviews across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security; document outcomes.
• Facilitate the pillar’s decision-making process and drive discussions to resolution.
• Manage policy-to-deployment reviews for new AI tools and capabilities.
• Prepare governance updates for the AI Steering Group and maintain project documentation.
