Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Manager of Responsible AI Governance to lead risk-based governance across the enterprise. You will manage intake, review, and tracking of AI use cases, coordinating with Risk, Legal, and IT to ensure clear, auditable processes.

The role focuses on scalable operations, executive reporting, and ongoing improvements, balancing near-term needs with long-term automation and compliance. Chicago-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, information systems, technology, data analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in risk management, governance, project management, or related areas.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior management.
• Experience creating process documentation and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Responsible AI use case intake, review, approval, and tracking process across governance stakeholders.
• Develop and execute improvements to the operating model for scalability and automation.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to senior leaders and executives.
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and ownership clarity to strengthen governance.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and documentation translating complex issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Risk, Legal, IT, and business units.
• Maintain high-quality records of approvals and rationale for auditability.
• Lead or support workflow design, requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
• Provide guidance to analysts supporting the Responsible AI process.
• Monitor performance and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements.
