Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, information systems, technology, data analytics or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in risk governance, project/process management, or technology risk.
• Ability to manage cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders and evolving requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to translate risk and governance concepts into actionable materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage Responsible AI intake, review, approval, and tracking across stakeholders.
• Develop and prioritize improvements to the AI operating model for scalability and control.
• Communicate status and decisions to senior leaders, including risk considerations.
• Identify process gaps and strengthen governance over AI-related activity.
• Create executive-ready materials, status updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Risk, Legal, IT, and business units.
• Maintain high-quality records of approvals and rationale for auditability.
• Lead or support workflow design, requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
