Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ISO 23894).
• Experience in Responsible AI governance.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in AI policy development.
• Experience in regulatory and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI governance program and target operating model design.
• Establish AI policies, standards, governance forums, approval workflows and escalation paths.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and governance reviews.
• Define governance KPIs, control objectives, risk appetite and audit requirements.
• Lead pilot governance reviews and Go / Iterate / Stop decisions.
• Drive adoption of Responsible AI, Privacy-by-Design and Governance-by-Design principles.
