Job summary

Origami Risk in the United States is seeking a Product Manager (GRC) to identify customer needs, develop a 12-month strategic roadmap, and lead a team of analysts in delivering AI-enabled governance solutions. You will partner with Engineering to solve complex client problems and deliver high-value outcomes.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, responsible AI, and governance artifacts aligned to regulatory requirements, with a focus on client success and strategic product leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, including owning a product roadmap and driving Agile processes.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a high attention to detail.
• Business acumen to identify opportunities, facilitate strategic planning, and use data to influence.
• Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategy.
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and scrum teams.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience overseeing all or some phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience working in agile methodologies and teams.
• Prior GRC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and enforces department processes and best practices across team members.
• Owns the 12-month prioritized product roadmap and backlog alignment.
• Researches market and technology needs to influence the roadmap and drive innovation.
• Uses data to validate prioritization and ensure problems are worth solving.
• Leads AI-informed product discovery and experimentation with stakeholders.
• Partners with stakeholders across the organization to align strategic roadmaps.
• Acts as subject matter expert for the product and market.
