ECLARO is seeking a Project Leader to support the AI Risk Governance team within Enterprise Risk Management in New York, NY. The role blends coordination with hands-on ownership across governance operations and program execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in second‑line governance or risk, with strong writing skills and familiarity with AI governance concepts, including NIST AI RMF. Remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in governance, risk, or compliance (insurance preferred).
• Strong ability to drive execution across multi-stakeholder programs.
• Clear, concise writing for exec materials and stakeholder content.
• Familiarity with AI governance concepts and regulatory expectations.
• Able to switch between strategic coordination and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Governance Operations: manage AI risk review intake and lifecycle; plan meetings; prepare briefing documents; track actions.
• Program Execution: develop project plans; deliver governance roadmap with cross-functional partners; create policies and templates; draft communications.
