Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years in governance, risk, or compliance, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Ability to coordinate programs and execute deliverables independently.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Clear, concise written communication for executive materials.
• Working familiarity with AI governance concepts: use‑case risk assessment and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to shift between strategic coordination and ground‑level execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the AI review team and lifecycle workflow.
• Coordinate meeting logistics: agenda development, pre-read preparation, briefing documents, and action item follow‑up.
• Serve as a liaison between governance functions ensuring handoffs happen cleanly.
• Track and report on open action items, escalations, and milestone commitments across the governance program.
• Prepare status updates and briefing materials for senior leadership and committee‑level audiences.
• Review governance program documents, including policies and templates, based on provided guidance.
• Develop and maintain project plans; own execution of program roadmap deliverables with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support drafting and execution of governance program communications, including stakeholder notifications and training materials.
